If you wanna carry around this thing in order to impress your TREK Pals, make sure you have large pockets. Maybe strap it to your head. It does a lot and I'll probably stash it in my glove compartment and use it when the world ends in 2012. I like it.

Total Garbage!!! I bought a bunch of these for friends and family members because I wanted to give them something to help during an emergency. If I only knew what a pile of poop this thing is.... Every single one of these things didn't work. And by the time I bothered to test it out, the store I purchased it at went out of business. Just happy I figured out how worthless this thing is before anybody got hurt counting on this thing in an emergency. The problem with the ones I bought is that it wont turn on for more than 2 or 5 seconds or at all. I cranked this thing for a solid ten minutes just to make sure and got the same sad result....nothing! Lost about $150.00 buying these for several people...

When this came to me I looked in the box and found the unit had already been opened. It does not work, After five minutes of cranking the handle the light goes out in a second. Looks, Feels cheap. A big dissapointment!
