I bought two pairs of these shoes for my twin daughters, in pink and in white. One of the girls wears medium width shoes and the other wears wide width, which are harder to find in dress shoes. It's especially difficult since most of them are too tight across the top of her foot, even if they're a size or two too big. These fit both girls perfectly! Honestly, I didn't think the "Flex Fit" system (which is just a thin, compact foam insert) would make much difference in the fit of the shoe, especially width wise, but it does (somehow). One girl (with normal width feet) needs the inserts, but without the inserts, they fit the other girl.

Also, the insoles are very soft and comfy. Neither complain about their "dancing shoes," and enjoy wearing them any time. They can wear them all day, and don't have any red, sore spots on their feet when they come off (like usually happens with "cheaper" dress shoes).

They've had these for over a month and have worn them quite often. They still look new, and the color and shine has not rubbed off the pink shoes. The white ones got the toes scuffed the first time they were worn (to a hardware store), but that cleaned up and came off very easily.

I definitely recommend these shoes for any little girl, even those with harder to fit feet.

The shoes fit well and did not require any "breaking in," which is always appreciated. However, the color on the toes of the shoes came off within a few weeks. I don't mean scuffing; I mean color is gone and dull grey is underneath. It looks pretty bad, so we'll be tossing the shoes.

The material scuffs very easily, so these are not very hard wearing and if your child wears these on the playground, they won't look new for long. On the other hand, they are so soft and comfortable. They are my daughter's favorite shoe. They look great with almost any outfit.
